Salt is SOOOOOOOOOO happy to announce that WE ARE NOW OPEN. As of 5:00 this afternoon we are off and running. Its been a long haul, but we are there and can't wit to see you all and show you what we've been working on all this time. Now granted, the weather is shitty, and it is a Monday night, but come on down for a cold beer, a great meal, and what we hope will be a great night out. See ya here!

Just wanted to let you guys know that we had a great time tonight. Food was GREAT!! Beer was cold and the atmosphere inside was warm and cozy.
We sat at the bar to eat just because, but it was a good choice as we talked to LOTS of nice folks walking in and out. Nice friendly atmoshpere, and I really felt at home.
Thanks to Julie and Eric for the good conversation. I'll be sure to look for you in the coming weeks.
