One Month and Counting!

Today we are exactly one month from our opening night! We spent the day in Manhattan picking up all of our china and some misc. kitchen and catering wares. Was a miserable day in the city, but a day that had to happen. Restaurant is now coming along with John sheetrocking the walls and starting on the dining room ceilings. Filed our permits for the kitchen hood to be installed this afternoon as well......Getting a bit nerve wracking with our time line shrinking almost as fast as our budget.....hmmmm, which will come to an end first, stay tuned!
